I was born and raised in the Czech Republic, after I turned 18, I started to travel – mainly to Eastern Europe where I made a lot of friends. I’ve always been interested in the functioning of the communist regime, and the former Eastern Bloc countries remain my main focus to this day. I have a bachelor degree in Ukrainian Studies and International Relations from Masaryk University. I also spent one semester at Sciences Po Paris during my Erasmus. Currently I’m pursuing a master’s degree in Information and Communication at Université de Haute Alsace in France.
